I have a college degree in Computer and Information Science from Brooklyn College, in Brooklyn, New York. I began my working career at the college, working at the computer data center. I worked there during the length of my college experience. From Brooklyn College, I took a job at First National City Bank in Manhattan, New York. I worked there for 3 years. After Citibank; they changed their name, I worked for a company named National CSS; based out of Wilton, CT; I worked in their Manhattan office. After leaving NCSS; along with my husband, we started a small chain of comic collectible stores in Connecticut, and expanded the business to twenty-one stores throughout the North East. The details of this business is outlined in the retail section of this site. I was involved with this venture for ten years as well as building my family. I had a son, Matthew, opened several locations of the chain, took our company public, had another son, Maximillian. In between my first and second sons, I took several consulting jobs; working for Bank of Boston, in Derby CT, and then working for Gartner Group, in Stamford, CT.
