As an instructor in the education group of National CSS, a software company based out of Wilton, Ct., I wrote end-user documentation and training guides for the NOMAD fourth generation language database tool, as well as course workbooks used in the Advances Training Workshops. I also wrote the computer based training guides for the NOMAD Report Writer, and NOMAD Application Development courses; using the Phoenix courseware tool.

As an Information Center Consultant, I developed and wrote the Technical Operations and Installation Manuals used during installation of the NOMAD product at individual customer sites. I also wrote the Systems Manuals provided to the customer for use with the product once it was installed.
